Customer is responsible for return shipping (with the exception of defective items). Two Towns Goods is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We require a proof of return tracking number emailed to us within the 14 day return window, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
How long does shipping take?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days). Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.

Shipping Address Change
We cannot change your shipping address after your order is placed. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.
Multiple Shipments
We want you to get your items ASAP so we may send your items in multiple shipments.
We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs.
All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
